display home 'The Ballinger' is located at Buderim on the
Sunshine Coast, Qld. The
Ballinger's
design incorporates the very best of the Aussie Houses features.

ensuite and spa,
split level bedrooms, soaring timber ceilings
with exposed rafters, internal linings
which feature over
a dozen different timber
species including bamboo,
expansive timber decks -
these can all be seen at
the luxurious Ballinger display home.

Catalogues
The Aussie Houses catalogue, incorporating over
one hundred colour photos of different Aussie
Houses homes and over forty of our standard floor
plans, is available for purchase (AUD $40 within
Australia, AUD $45 to New Zealand, AUD $50 other overseas).
The catalogue also includes a Planning
Kit and Request for Estimation package which can be
completed and forwarded to our office to enable
a free estimate of your project to be provided
to you. To purchase a catalogue please contact our
office. All our plans may be customised to suit your
personal requirements and individual blocks of
